Help To Keep Concert Club Alive
Our current treasurer will be retiring at the end of the current Autumn/Winter programme and this essential job will need to be filled if Concert Club is to continue into 2026.
Please give it some thought, it is volunteers that keep this club going.
The job of treasurer involves:
a. Receiving outing payments from members mostly via bank transfer with the odd cheque payment..
b. Paying invoices from outing venues and Hargreaves coaches.
c. Recording payments & receipts either via an Excel spreadsheet or manual bookkeeping, the choice is yours.
ALL RECORDS ARE STORED ON A SPECIFIC CONCERT CLUB LAPTOP PC RETAINED BY THE TREASURER
